We have over 20 years experience in the PVC window industry. We manufacture PVC cavity closers for the Newbuild and construction industry, all specs done, delivered throughout the UK. We are midland based for easy access.

The Newbuild system can be used for all build applications including window, entrance doors and French doors. The window former is placed in situ and the brick and block work built around. The benefits are as follows;

·        The size of the aperture is guaranteed so the windows can be prefabricated-no need to visit site to measure.

·        The windows can be fitted at a later  date in the building process, reducing the potential of damage to the windows or doors

·        Using Newbuild simplifies both window fitting and brick laying, giving you the perfect fit, time after time.

The system is available in several cavity size options and allows the window to be fitted from either the inside or the outside. The cavity sizes are as follows:

 ·        50mm

 ·        65mm

 ·        75mm

 ·        90mm

 ·        100mm

 ·        125mm

The former can be used with a spring fixing clip, traditional fixing lugs or a continuous PVC fixing stripe.
